The training-and-development side [seminars] represented 47 percent of sales; the technology side [Web sites and online-subscription services] was about 30 percent; and the rest of our businesses — media, marketing, advertising, which includes informercial services — totaled 23 percent of revenue. We sent all our stuff to Texas and didn’t hear a thing until we were slapped with not only the litigation but with a levy that cut off access to our funds, at a time when we were very financially extended.
